However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returning new and unworn items.
We recommend checking your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return/exchange authorization and the correct return address. Packages sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items with quality issues. Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and not considered defects.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and protective packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains may be refused.

Shipping: Use your local post office or courier to avoid extra taxes. Include the return/exchange authorization form inside the package. Retain your tracking number, as the customer is responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Do not use C.O.D. services.

Processing: Once we receive your returned package, we will notify you via email and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
